LGTM.
As discussed; there is a good chunk of code here, but it's deliberately built to be code-as-documentation, and we've made sufficiently clear that it is an example only, with documented limitations preventing production use.

This PR adds an example implementation of fine-grained authorization as described in AppNote0016.
This implementation is intended as documentation only and comes with numerous limitations highlighted in the READMe.
